Cancel a subscription
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bald AI. Apple handles billing; we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Delete photos or account data
Open Bald AI → Settings → Privacy & data. You can delete all hair photos, or delete account and data. You can also email info@probors.com to request deletion.
Restore purchases
On the paywall or in Settings, tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
