A four-part comparison
- Front outlineIs the center broadly preserved or becoming narrower?
- Temple cornersHow far do the corners extend relative to older photos?
- CrownIs there a compact whorl or a broader visible area?
- Bridge across the topIn later patterns, the front and crown areas become less separated.
Why your pattern may not fit
The Norwood drawings summarize common patterns. Diffuse thinning, asymmetry, different hair textures and non-pattern causes can make an exact label misleading.
Static guide, not a web test
This page will not pretend to calculate your stage. Baldly analyzes a guided set of photos inside the iOS app and reports an estimated visible range with confidence.
